Yes I think it's a good idea. Our area has been speed bumped and it has definitely made a difference to the amount of youngsters driving around the streets.
A friend of my son who recently passed his driving test was involved in an accident. He took a bend at 60mph hit a tree and wrote his car off. Thankfully, he was o.k. He'd only passed his test 3 days when it happened.

Not sure TV things make much of an impression. Needs hundreds more cops on the roads.

no, not on tv. more on youtube that when people have their iPhones and are driving really fast and being cool, they can watch more videos like that. so then they would be super cool
