The property is listed by a realtor for $249,500, but we know if is a foreclosed property. We are planning to go straight to the bank and make an offer. The property has been on the market since this March, but we are not real sure what we should say in making an offer.

Well tomorrow is the last day of school and it's a half day. Everybody who's anybody is going to meet up at the kent station(mall) like an after school type of thing. I just started this job as a night auditor June 4th, 07 and was doing well. Yesterday, I was called in for a "meeting" and was told I was terminated on these terms: Uncompliance with company policy with cashbank procedure. Some of it I understand and some of it I think it total BS and I need to express how BS this all is and what I can do legally for justice.

A.) They said that the last four shifts I was working I had over a hundred dollars each night missing from my cashbank. (little blue bags with my money.)
1.) My cashbank stayed on top of the money safe in the back office where I did my work each night. My banks WERE THERE BEFORE I ARRIVED TO WORK each night and the account assistant picked them up before my shift ended each morning.
2.) I was not trained or told otherwise to move my banks to another location. I used my best judgement to keep them there instead of in a drawer in the front desk, but...

I am anxiously awaiting my return to Vegas, its been four years since I last went. I am REALLY skinny right now, and will be going to Vegas for the fourth of July, hoping to put some weight back on. If your insurance company pays you a small amount for a large loss and you then sue the party who caused the loss, what complications can there be for you? Are there conflicts of interest sometimes which prevent an insurance company from pursuing subrogation? If they do pursue subrogation, do they share in paying the legal fees.? If they are also insuring those who caused the loss, will they pay out under those people's insurance?

I have always wondered why many people of different religions seem to put down people of other religions or belifs...such as when someone asked a question about Athiests and Christians many Athiests said christians were ignorant and another said atheists just grew up like not believing in Santa Clause.......don't you think people should just accept that others happen to believe otherwise? they said that Athiests were not ignorant but isn't it ignorant to say that all Christians and other religion people are ignorant or that maybe some Muslims, Christians etc are actually more grown up...
is it wrong to say those people are maybe ignorant than who they are talking about? why is it that people have to be judgmental or rude or more concieded.....I am not saying all Atheists are I am saying those people or the people who believe that

I tested at 5:30 this morning got a VERY VERY faint positive..had to squint to see it lol....i took another one like 20 min. ago and got a BFN!! I'm in tears! i KNOW i dont feel right and i thought this was my month! I also noticed pink cm when i tested this afternoon...what does this mean should i wait and test again or so i have no hope!
