Well tomorrow is the last day of school and it's a half day. Everybody who's anybody is going to meet up at the kent station(mall) like an after school type of thing. First I need to confront my mom about this in a way she'll for sure let me go. Does anyone have any ideas how do i persuade her to let me go?

The best way to approach your mom about the situation is calmly and rationally. Don't go asking and then throw a huge tantrum or fit, because that will show your mom nothing but you are to immature to go. So first approach your mom calmly, and tell her the situation. Also, if you have a close friend who is planning on going, make it a point to say that person will be there with you at all times. And maybe it will probably make your mom feel better to know that someone she knows personally will be there. Maybe make a plan to arrive with that friend too. That way, your mom knows you guys will stick together at the mall.
Secondly, if you have a cell phone, let your mom know you will keep it on you if she needs to contact you. Work out a specific place for pickup at the mall.
Make sure to stay calm when asking, that will show your mom that you can handel discussions like that maturely, which is important to parents.

First of all, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, have a fit. It will make your mom say, NO. So don't do that. I would tell her that you'll stay with with your friends. And that you won't wonder off without someone coming with you. Tell her that there would be everyone going so that they will basically stick together and some poeple might bring there parents. (Hope that some parents come) If you know that there will not be any parents, you can ask her to come, but like hide somewhere while secrectly watching you. But make sure you don't make out or anything IF your mom disapproves that. Also tell her that if you let you go, you can learn to take care of yourself. And maybe if you want to say this, you're mom will have a more chance of saying yes. Tell her that you'll help out more. Do the dishes, laudry, and other stuff. To prove that you can help around. You can do your own dishes or laudry to prove that you can take care of yourself. Well that's what I'll say.

Hope your mom says YES!

First of all, go with friends. There's nothing more unsafe than going alone anywhere. Tell your mom casually that you're going with a couple of friends to mall, and if she's worried about your safety, comprimise and tell her you'll call her every once in a while to let her know that you're ok. be responsible and mature about it. If you don't, you'll just give her more reasons to say no.

Don't! You'll be another annoying kid at the mall, hanging out, giggling, talking loudly, getting in the way and generally being objectionable.

Tell her it's like the end of school and she's got nothing else to do and make those never-done promises of "I'll do more chores around the house" and you know, it'll work, I hope
