I'm trying to become a model, and my only real issues are my tummy, love handles, rear end, and upper arms. I've always had a belly, and I've never been able to get rid of it. I also have a bit of a problem with many workout routines because I have bad knees from dancing for over 8 years (arthritis in a teenager sucks).
Anywho, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or advice on how to lose about five or ten pounds, mainly off my rear, tummy, love handles, and upper arms without over-working my knees.
Oh, and I can't really afford a gym membership right now :(
