I am seeking to have a child custody case transferred from an L.A. County Family Law court to another state. The Commissioner (judge) in L.A. refuses to cede jurisdiction to the other state, but Uniform Child Custody should take precedence over the judge's refusal to transfer the jurisdiction. What are my options? The child and myself have now been official residents of the other state for one year.

to my future child? my parents passed down manic depressive disorder and add i have both BAD my boyfreind who DESPARATELY wants to have children and be a daddy also has bipolar disorder bad i dont ever want my child to suffer like i have and personally i dont want kids but my bf really does im not willing to leave him over this but im not willing to pass this mental disorder on to my child what should i do?!

my hair is so so so so so curly. I've tryed every starightening product on the market, and even when i straighten my hair...it takes me like 2 hours. my mom sayed i should get a starightening perm. she even offered 2 pay. i want 2 take her up on her offer but can u please answer the following questions:

Cause if it's true, then it would mean that Christians don't believe in evolution because it goes against God, not because there is any fault in evolution itself.

That's why so few people don't believe in either God or evolution.

Christians try to find little incongruities with evolution, like "If there is a watch there must be a watch maker" because they know that evolution reduces their God and Bible to nothing more than mythology!

I have always been a non-confrentational woman. I tend to back down from an argument and sweep things under a rug. I am getting married in 3 months and have found that it is time for me to start standing up for myself and expressing when I have a problem or when my feelings have been hurt. This is not going over well with my fiance. When I bring up my concerns or hurt feelings he tends to tell me that I am being silly or gives me some type of psychological analysis about why I am having these feelings. I am usualy dismissed and leaves me with the feeling that he doesn't care. I love him very much and feel that most of our marriage will be great, but HOW DO I GET HIM TO TAKE MY FEELINGS SERIOUSLY? I don't want to spend a marriage backing down from how I feel and ignoring part of my happiness.
