I had this problem for a about a week. Mine was like pinching in my shoulder, where my arm and shoulder meet. I was in soo much pain i was crying, i couldnt move my arm or lift it up past a certain point or rotate it. Im not sure what yours was like. But my doctor told me to take Ibuprofen 800 millagrams. and Ice it as much as i could. Most of the Ibuprofen comes in 200 millagrams, i think is the most at the store. So take 4 at a time. Once a day! That should take care of it...hopefully.

First see if you qualify for public assistance, there are alot of places open to the public for people with low income. or try to remember what you did in October that caused the discomfort. you might have torn a ligament and if that is the case you have no choice but to go to a doctor.

You may have a fracture, a torn tendon, or a tumor. There are local clinics to help those who can't afford a doctor. If there is no clinic in your area, you should go to the doctor and determine a payment schedule. You must absolutely seek medical help.
