If God is all powerful, God could have created a universe with no evil.
The typical Christian reply to this is "God created us with free will, he can't force us to be good". But this doesn't make sense. Why didn't God create a universe with free will AND eternal goodness? It's a stupid system to say "You can't have free will and eternal goodness", because your so-called creator made that system, for which there could be a better one.
It might seem like a paradox to us - but surely not to an allegedly omnipotent being.
Therefore, God created a universe of suffering, when he could have created a universe with no suffering. A universe with no suffering, with free will, and perfect happiness. All contradictions reconciled by his omnipotence.
Therefore, God is evil.
