the effect thermal energy acting on an objects' surface area,colour,shape,size and the material itself?

like black color attracts more thermal energy,,

All of the parameters that you mentioned affect the quantity of thermal energy absorbed and radiated.

White reflects back more energy.

Smooth surface reflects energy better.

Larger surface area results in larger absorption and later larger emission.

A cube of the same volume as a sphere absorbs and reemits more energy since surface area is more.

Black color absorbs more energy, not attracts.
