I have seen bubble wrap by the roll at walmart, also by the sheet at hardware stores-comes in varying sizes there. Essentially, you can buy it almost anywhere-just depends on how you want to buy it, rather than where you want to buy it.

I get my bubble wrap from a local shop that sells lamps. The lamps are shipped in bubble wrap, and most stores just throw it away (gasp!).

It comes in a roll with perforated edges, so you can easily tear the sheets off

A department store--look in stationery with other packing/shipping material. They package in individual-use quantity, so if you need a bulk amount, then I don't know.
