Are you talking about Nice, France? If so you've asked the question in the wrong place, but I would recommend Villa d'este, which might be misspelled. Or go to one of the restaurants in Old Town. The dominant cuisine in Nice seems much more Italian than French. The wine is French.

There really isn't anywhere cheap & nice thats on the strip thats not a chain. Take a 20 minute drive to summerlin & you can go to Marche bacchus(on a small lake & very romantic) or beckers they have the best steaks in town!!!

There is a place that is kind of hidden. It is an Irish pub called Sean Patrick's on Flamingo. It has great food, great service, and the price is really great too.
