Honestly, I agree. I'm Hispanic and think it is better if immigrants stick with English and learn the language. I was put in ESL when I was in Junior High and asked to be removed. Thankfully, I made the right decision (as did my mother who helped me) because I became more successful than those who were left in ESL...Communicating properly is one of the keys to success IMHO. What do you guys think?

What I mean is that I can hear my computer running and when I check the processes in the task manager it shows the rundll32.exe at almost 100% and my CPU usage is 100%.

This is slowing my computer and crashing it at times, as well as heating it up. If someone can help me I would appreciate it.

me and my boyfriend are moving to a house of 3 bedrooms, we only need 1 bedroom. Anyway, the lounge room is very tiny without a door, i am planning to make the biggest bedroom our lounge room because it has a door, ie when i go sleep my boyfriend can close the lounge room's door and keep it quiet, but my question is, what should i put in the 'real' lounge room? its the first room where the front door of the house is, it has no door, its connected to the kitchen. At work, all staff are being asked to come up with at least 5 KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as a means of measuring your on-job performance. I am a technical writer and mechanical engineer employed in the oil industry.

I had a beatuiful wedding and it was a great day and it was a sacred day and a wonderful celebration exspeically the honeymoon:) when you are at church what is a proper but loving kiss to give to your beloved.

My husband and I never made out or kissed for a very long time in our coursthip so when we were pronounced husband and wife we kissed with fire and passion but we did not french kiss because our mom asked us not to.

But looking back I would have done our kiss more differently maybe deep and long but without all the drama, What would be a speical kiss to give your groom when you are pronounced husband and wife?

Hey, who wants to have a good laugh at me? Now, this is something unusual. I fell off of a carnival ride, St Roman's Festival right where I live, and broke my foot.
