Uh huh, isn't that a bit over the top. Sleeping on the streets like a homeless person just for a book?

well if your that impatient by all means do that but be smart and go to a less crowded shop/ common store that sells the book.
there will be less of a que and it will be (most probable cheaper) and handled in exactly the same way as the popular bookshops
trust me i got into the line at big w (australia) 30 minutes before the release (9:01) of book 6 and i was still first!
use common sense
dont be so gullable and get carried away!
if you're in a small shop with less of a que, then it will be easier to pay for it and get out quickly to read it asap!!

just a suggestion

I ordered it. So, it should arrive on my doorstep that day...no lines! Yeah! However, I have never been to a midnight party for the book releases and I'm told that they are fun to be at. So, I think I'll go anyway. I just won't have to wait in line.

I will. I have already requested the 21st and 22nd off from work so I can read uninterupted. Also, I want to be cut off from people who will jump to the end and give it away. I know this sounds crazy, and maybe it is. But, when was the last time any book made us this excited about reading.

I already reserved a book, so no need to wait. I don't know, though... depends on my work schedule...
