Part of gaining and losing weight is understanding how many calories you take in, compared to how many calories you burn a day. Read about some of the activities you participate in, figure out how many calories on average they burn, and cut back on some physical activities. Another thing that I would recommend would be something called the body bug, that will give you a very accurate reading of how many calories you burn at any given time.

Well you want to gain good weight not bad. So dont go out and get fast food and stuff. Limit your exercise to about 1/2 what you do know. The biggest thing to gain weight is your portions. Start off slowly so your stomach gets use to it and eat more and more, when you feel full, take one more bite at each meal. Eat 3 meals a day and snack before lunch and after dinner. But since you are trying to gain weight, eat all that I said plus more if you want. It is like a diet to gain weight so if you miss a meal or exercise more, you go off your diet. i wish I was that skinny, than I could just eat a lot like I do now! lol Good Luck

How is it possible to weigh 42 pounds at that height? My 10 year old weighs 60 lbs and he is only 4 feet tall and he is thin. How can you function? You need to see a doctor and have an IV put in and be fed intraveinously!

You are perfect for your age! Don't ever let anyone tell you you aren't beautiful sweetheart (: since you are short and young you are at a perfect weight... Also, having an hourglass figure is something men are in love with. You were born with child barring hips and a strong physique. But yeah, you are definitely perfect!

Yes, go to McDonalds and eat as much as you can...

ok actually make sure you have plenty of vitamins in your body, including some nutrience from different foods like grains, dairy, meat, vegies, and Fruits.
eat about 3 meals a day, go to your local safeway, buy some health vitamens with plenty of Vitamen B and C.

u need protein foods. Do not choose junk foods.
i can suggest you the simplest way...i.e.
eat Hen-Egg atleast 3 to 5 per day continously for 45 days.
Do not take it by raw condition.
boil it (or) cook it.

within 30 days u will see the difference.

Seriously this works! My whole life I have been to skinny. You need to skip one meal but then pig out at another. Try to drink a lot of sugary things, and try weight gain bars.

Exercise plus a high calorie diet worked for me. I believe you meant 42kg. right? Also skipping a meal, so you get a good appetite is a good idea I did that too, maybe not so good for your system I would guess?

go to your.dr. he can place you on pericatin. this will help you eat more and gain wright he cn as well have you get. b.12 shots that will help you put on weight as well in my opion?
