I got on a question today and couldn't beleive other people had ex-wifes' almost like mine I am taking " It " ( as I refer to her in private back to court for custody ) We went to the temporary hearing and I got custody of my 13 year old. I am still trying to get my 7 year old and have had my 16 year old from the start. Have any of you had luck with this and what can you tell me that will help. I don't want to keep her from my boys' but she will not compromise and it's tearing up my 7 year old and myself. I don't understand why she is so concerned about trying to make me continue to pay her child support. I always paid it and am current. But in the temporary hearing the judge ordered that I no longer pay her anything. I saw her in the hall and she was balling. At the time I thought she was afraid of losing custody of our 7 year old. But when I offered to split custody and possesion 50/50 she said hell no so I now have to fight for full custody which will limit her time if not for the$

My one year old has developed some slightly rough, slightly red patches on her skin. She has one behind her shoulder, a few on the back of her upper arm, more widespread behind her knees (but above the creases) and some dry spots on the creases at the front of her ankles. She has no fever and the spots don't seem to itch or even bother her at all for that matter so I feel there is no cause for alarm. She does have a doctors appt. next week, so I will definitely bring it up then, but I wanted to see if anyone else had experience with this?

She has recently started on cheeses and yogurts, but has no other allergy symtoms (i.e. no vomitting, diarrea, hive like rashes, or wheezing).

Do you think this could be excema or just a case of dry, sensitive skin??? Thanks for your help!

I have a few questions...

What was the job interview like?
Do they judge you on looks as much as you'd think they would?
What size are the shorts and is it a myth that if you don't fit in them you can't work there?
Plus are they guys really big pigs when they eat there??
and lastly do you have to have huge breasts to work there?
Ive never been to Hooters I was just wondering.
If you answer this THANKS!!! ;)

Our in house financing has preapproved us for a loan and told us not to worry everything was taken care of, but now they have requested updated information on our income because they didn't really pre-approve us for the purchase price of the home. We added upgrades to the house which increased the loan amount, when we discussed the issue with the loan officer she just blew us off and never sent another good faith estimate with the new pricing. Now we have 3wks to closing and we are having to lock our rate at something much higher than we expected because the underwritting wasn't approved yet. Do we have any bargaining power against them for dropping the ball per say? We feel as though we might not be able to afford the monthly note now , because of their inadequicies. And finding outside financing at this point willl probably lower the credit score and penalize us all together! Please help we dont know how far we can push them and still get this home.

I am thinking about making crepes for a class im taking this summer. I have to make something from france, and crepes sounded easy enough. But, are they easy to make and what could i fill them with or serve them with that would not be a lot of money and i could do easily. I can't fill them with eggs or ham or something fancy, but i want to fill them with something.

A very proper lady began planning a week's camping vacation for her and her Baptist Church group. She wrote to a campground for reservations. She wanted to make sure that the campground was fully equipped and modern, but couldn't bring herself to write the word "toilet" in her letter. So, she decided on the old-fashioned term "Bathroom Commode." Once written down she still was not comfortable. Finally she decided on the abbreviation "B.C." and wrote, "does your campground have its own "B.C.?"
When the campground owner received the letter, he couldn't figure out what she meant by "B.C." He showed it to several of the campers, one of whom suggested the lady was obviously referring to a Baptist Church since there was a letterhead on the paper which referred to a Baptist Church. So he sent this reply.

Dear Madam:

The B.C. is located nine miles from the camp ground in a beautiful grove of trees. I admit it is quite a distance if you are in the habit of going regularly.

Not having to go out to work in half an hour would be lovely.

This is the third of five nightshifts this week. I'm on with two seniors again and I got wrong off both of them last week (one was because I helped the day shift out the day before - can't win).

Not looking forward to it. I'll just keep my head down, finish writing to Sharon in Barbados and then get my head stuck back in my book (a Star Trek novel).

That's not when I'm being incredibly busy of course. I hardly sat down last night. I managed to write three pages (A5 - large handwriting) of the letter.

I disagree with the idea completely because they should be giving up the bottle by 1. She never cries for the bottle with me and drinks from a sippe cup or regular cup. It seems that she only wants it when she is with my mother in law. My husband thinks nothing is wrong with that but I do. What do you all think about this situation? What should I do about it?
