My husband has relapsed after almost 10 years of sobriety. When I thought back to his relapse, I realized that it was shortly after I had gone out with friends to a football game and had drinks. (I don't drink at home). Is this my fault? Do I have to live completely alcohol free? He always told me that it does not bother him, but I think maybe he was lying. I never drank during the first few years of his sobriety, but I guess I thought after this long it was ok. Any advice?

Did anyone catch that Phyllis said she was beastfeeding Summer and that's why she didn't want any meds from the dr. when she fell.....yet, she sent Sharon out for diapers and FORMULA? and Jack asked Summer {while holding her on today's episode} if she was hungry, and said "yup, I happen to have some formula right here"
Was this a simple error on the show, and was I the only one to notice it?

Not the typical "he left me, I still love him - can I get him back" question...

We've been together for a year and a half, and I'm nearing 30, and wanted to get married... one night last week I started feeling anxious and told him that if he wasn't ready to marry me I was going to break up with him. It was a fleeting feeling and immediately after I said it I felt bad (because we'd already agreed to talk about marriage once we'd been together for 2 years) He said he wasn't ready yet, so I went to a hotel the next day, saying I couldn't wait.

I didn't really want to leave him, and I called him that within hours of leaving. I asked to come home and apologized for giving him an ultimatum. He took me back, but has since been distant, unsure of his feelings and said he doesn't know if it will work out. He wants to spend a week apart to get some space. I'm ok with that, but I want to show him I still love him and that he can trust me again. How can I regain his confidence?

They are saying now that Scooter Libby will have to report to prison in about eight weeks, unless he is pardoned.

Will President Bush pardon him?

I think he will. But he will wait for a moment in the next eight weeks where he can do it while there is some other big news story to overshawdow it. You often see things like this done. Decisions, firings, things like that happen either on holidays or during other big news stories to distract viewers from the situation.

So, I see Libby getting pardoned at some point.

I believe that everything that religious people call a “miracle” or God’s answer to prayers is merely coincidence. In an indirect way, you can say that the Creator has performed miracles due to the fact that there is life and it has placed resources on earth that allow us to do great things. However, I do not believe that there is any God that intervenes in human affairs. I know that you will tell me about the time you almost died and you prayed to God and a “miracle” happened and you lived happily ever after. But I must ask how you explain all of the prayers by good people who die horrible deaths and suffer great pain that go unanswered. Christians usually respond to these questions by saying “God had a different plan for the person” or “God has a reason for everything.” Why is it that when good things happen and “prayers are answered”, Christians can explain exactly what God wanted to happen, but when something bad happens, Christians give these “Plead the 5th” answers or they say it was the devil. Of course, if you believe that the devil is capable of preventing God from answering prayers, wouldn’t that mean that the devil is more powerful than God? Your thoughts?

I weigh about 115-120 pounds. Im not really fat but I just have a little chub on my stomach/love handles. I don't want to go on a complete diet and exercise and lose all over because I would look aneraoxic on every other body part. I have a pit/boxer mix (male over 100lbs) and then some kind of mutt that looks like a chiwawa/bull terrier mix (female maybe 10lbs). The female is in heat-so I have kept them apart-my pit has been going ape-chit for the past few days-and yesterday, somehow my pit demolished his cage in order to get to her. Now since he was able to get out of his cage-I am unsure if somehow they were able to mate, because his attitude has dramatically calmed down and was sleeping most of the night. (I can just see the humorous responds to that statement.) My concern is, besides the horrible looking offspring of these two dogs-LOL, with their size difference-if they were able to mate somehow-would this endanger the female, by having larger puppies than she can handle, or will the puppies be smaller because of her size. When my pit was 6 weeks old he was very similar in size to the female. Thanks
