I feel compelled to give a medicinal opinion. Giving Rush to a fetus in utero would only harm the child as receiving germs( and vicarious cocaine) are extremely dangerous prenatally. The immensely boring but equally hate-mongering Sean Hannity is clearly the superior choice.

What is your problem?
So, basically, you're saying that you hate neo-cons since neo-cons think differently than you do. Which is what you think neo-cons do. So you are just like a neo-con, huh?
Maybe you should be looking inside yourself before you look at other people.

In answer to your question, I was about 28 when I started teaching my children that there is a God who loves them. Then as they got older I taught them that there are consequences for their actions, that it is wrong to kill unborn babies, that people who murder are sometimes executed so that they won't murder again, that men should marry women. I never taught them to hate everyone who thinks differently. They had plenty of opportunities to hear that from their teachers in secondary school, and certainly later from their college professors who tried to educate them in the wonders of socialism and the fact that all conservatives and conservative ideas are evil and stupid. Luckily they didn't do well in college, but they did graduate and have become good people with a head on their shoulders. They'd shake their heads and get a chuckle out of your question if I bothered to show it to them. I don't need to, though. They hear enough leftist nonsense on their own.

I could ask the same about liberals. I'm not the hater simply because my candidate didn't win both times. You'd be surprise to find just how open-minded many of us are. Just asking this question shows that you aren't or you wouldn't assume that all conservatives are haters. Honestly, I thought you were more intelligent than that. I wouldn't have expected such a hateful question from you.

It must vary among families, but by the time their children are old enough for school, conservatives definitely want them indoctrinated in conservative thought. That's why so many conservative parents complain about "liberal" teachers, and some even home school.

I indoctrinated my children into the Right-wing conspiracy at a very young age, as soon as they could talk.
In fact, I put toy machine guns in my childrens' hands as soon as they could walk and taught them that only white people are good people.
---OOH, that person had a good idea! Rush in the womb, genius!!!
I am, of course, being sarcastic.
But you should check this out:

Are you sure it's the neo-cons teaching hate at a young age?

You really don't have a life do you? Why do you think we teach our children to hate? I don't think you do. I don't think liberals or conservatives actively teach their children to hate. This question would certainly set a bad example for your children though
