-I recently had dialogue with a fundamentalist Christian who is all gloom and doom. He is very pessimistic and had nothing good to say about the world we live in. Is this truly a Godly perspective?
-I reminded him, that while there is a lot of bad in the world...there is also a lot of good.
-We see stories on the news every day...but news stories are sensationalistic. For every bad one we see, there are thousands of positive things happening...they don't get reported, because they are "boring"
-When people give money to a poor person, help a neighbor, or let someone in front of them at the grocery...these things are not reported...but, think how far they can go.
-Do you believe in "paying it forward"?
-If we all had a more positive attitude, if we all strived to help others...couldn't we make the world a better place? If nothing else if we just adopted a positive attitude wouldn't that have a great affect?

God is above and beyond man's limiting idea that he is masculine. Isn't it foolish to assume that he is this jeoulous king sitting on a throne. God is neither male or female so why accept what the bible tells us about God since we basically have no idea. It is sick to think that God favors one sex over the other.

My husband and I bought our house about 6 1/2 months ago and have been working on it ever since we moved in. We have been so busy these last few months we haven't had a chance to have a housewarming party. We would like to throw one and show off our home. Is it too late? Thanks!

I distinctly remember seeing it right after game 7 of the ALCS in 2004 but, I have never seen it in any highlight videos. Then again I may have been delirious at that point...lol...I think I had about 3 hours total sleep that week. Did anyone else see that? He did a little jig. It was really funny. I know Yankees fans will mock me for it but, thats ok..go ahead if it makes you feel better...

How can you put anything above your family. Even if god was real he isn't your family he didn't carry you for 9 months he has never carried you. This is beyond belief it is unhealthy to put things before your parents or husband/wife or even your children. The question is why would you put something over the people that protected you raised you feed you clothed you and everything else you needed and you put a thing that hasn't done anything in front of them. How could you and why would you?

I can't figure out what this dream means.....

This dream was two nights ago and I still do not understand it. Hopefully you can help. Sorry its a bit long.


Ok in my dream I was just with my family at my house just talking with them. Them my sister comes over(my sister has moved out and visits often) and then she said"Their following me" and I was like what are you talking about. Then my good dream turned into a nightmare. All our lights turned off and I was sitting on the couch where you could look out the front door, and a green light appeared. Then it got really quiet and then we started to hear laughing and then these demon like things starting poping up everywhere. They poped up by the door and the T.V screen and in the halls pretty much everywhere. And there was one I saw that was on the door that I felt like I had seen before. After like ten minutes of that I woke up.

on scantron tests in high school/college, it asks for your Last Name First Intials and Second Initials.

i dont need help figuring out the last name part

but for your first Initial...is the first letter of your first name and the 2nd initial is the 2nd letter of your first name or the 1st letter of your middle name?

I watched a documentary on Walmart the other night. More employees of Walmart are on public assistance (welfare)
then any other company in the US. So here you have hard working people who are forced to get food stamps because Walmart uses them like slaves. Since many on here on for forced sterilization of anyone on welfare should they be sterilized or should Walmart be forced to pay a living wage.

i have four tomato plants each in a small plant pot. i was planning on repotting them today into some bigger tubs but i have noticed that in the soil of one of my plants, there is a small hole and every now and again i see a bee, not a wasp or a bumble bee, go into the little burrow. i'm worried that if i try to repot the plant i will annoy it and it will sting me. what should i do?????

My wisdom teeth tend to start coming thru every time I get stressed, which is very annoying. They'll never come thru properly, just cause me a lot of pain as they push against my gum for a few days. At the moment, the side of my face is swollen and it hurts quite a bit. I've tried bonjella, but does anyone have any other remedies. I'm hesitant to use painkillers as I'm supposed to be out tonight partying and will be having a few drinks!!

I am upgrading an only Dell Dimension 8100, and the highest processor possible for this old motherboard is a 2.8Ghz, the next is the 2.6Ghz. The 2.6 would cost $67, the 2.8 would be $169, is it worth the price for the additional 200 mhz in speed?

ok so i ran the mile at school with my friends and they caught there breath like 10 minutes before me. I received a .doc file from my friend but it had the hidden extention .scr or something and then my pc suddenly said that unknown source was trying to use outlook to send EMAILS without my consent... my pc slowed down for awhile and then is creating Microsoft Word Document on the desktop, and whenever i delete it, it comes back? It was clearly believed that Jesus went to heaven in bodily form and now religions are trying to teach that he went in spirit form.The diciples were suppose to walk him up the hill so how do they all walk his spirit up the hill and he proved he was Jesus by showing the nail holes in his hands.How come people believe in the diciples when they didnt believe in Jesus cause instead of waiting for his resurection they went fishing?
