I received a .doc file from my friend but it had the hidden extention .scr or something and then my pc suddenly said that unknown source was trying to use outlook to send EMAILS without my consent... my pc slowed down for awhile and then is creating Microsoft Word Document on the desktop, and whenever i delete it, it comes back? Help? my anti viruses are not picking up on anything.

Try running an online antivirus or antispyware scanner. A couple of them to try might include:

first a scr extension can be a virus because is a executable extension .. u must search in the task manager at process tab and search for an .scr that runs on your system .. kill the process and then .. go in regedit(run regedit) and search in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and see if something in the run that u dont now and delete the key

oh dear another MS Virus well the best thing to do is STOP using ms word, and use a safer word processor everything microsoft is full of bugs,

download Openoffice 2 it's free and it's safe to use then uninstall MS Office you can read and save MS format without problems
