Kilimanjaro is not a victim of climate change , yes you read that right . The mountain Gore uses as a poster child { if you will } is not - I repeat - not a victim of Global Warming .

I've only read the KJV, alas, and what I like "best" about it is the lively dance with "Elizabethan" English. The rub there is that more than one writer put his pen to work on it. I read somewhere recently that even Will Shakespeare made a buck or two during the relatively short time of the "interpretation," or whatever. A lot of it is really pretty writing, which no doubt is why it's held in such high-esteem by Protestants in the USA. Too bad for them that the English language in play in nancy-boy James's version (that's uncalled for; I apologize) was no more than a half-century in use--almost 1400 years after events in the NT were claimed to have taken place. Other aspects of both the Old and the New Testament are a mismash of myth, legend, oral history, ignorance, guessing, outright lies, and absurdities. Hey, my fundie pals, no matter how you slice it, snakes do not talk. Etc., etc., etc.

A friend has a dime that won't work in our office soda machine. Upon closer look, it feels a little lighter than other dimes, and does not have a mint mark near the year (1964) like most dimes. Is there anything special or significant about this coin? Is it possibly worth more than 10 cents?

I'm here on business and would love to experience something in the downtown Denver that is truly unique to Denver. Love wild game, and great wine. Ate at Brook's last night, probably the best New York strip I've ever eaten.

I mean maybe WE as people are more in tune with what's around us than what we may believe & the people who are more highly aware of their surroundings actually have opened their minds to the point that they believe anything is possible regarding the spiritual.

Yes, I've had too much coffee again!

There's these two commercials with the same guy in both of them. One of them, he's in some kind of weird costume and hes trying to see who that appeals to more. Then the second one he's talking to a farmer that milks cows and says that milk is more dangerous than secondhand smoke. what???????? Is this guy for or against smoking? The first one doesnt really make much sense either if he's supposed to be against it. Does anyone know what he's trying to say?

I usually switch mine up a bit. Fried onions and ketchup one day, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing the next. So, I'm looking for new suggestions.

Today, I'm eating a chicken cheesesteak with mushrooms, pepperoni, extra cheese and mayo. It's really good!

In your opinion, at what point should we (the world, the UN, the US, whomever) stop passing sanctions on Iran and launch a military strike to disable their nuclear ambitions?

Or do you think that military action will never be acceptable, and we should continue with sanctions and other "harshly written letters" until Iran has developed full nuclear capabilities?

Years ago, I became great friends with a girl in my class. Without explanation, she pulled away and we drifted apart. Now we don't speak at all. For a long time, I felt terrible and blamed myself. I took the opportunity to take a look at myself and the contributions I made/failed to make to the friendship, and I know that the problem wasn't all me, but I still feel hurt when I think about it. Our husbands got along really well, and she was really my only good friend.

I recently found out she's pregnant and due just a few weeks after me (they're the first for us both). I wrote her a card to say congratulations, but I'm wondering if I should just leave her be. I wrote that I'd really like to see her again, but I feel like I come off as desperate. I had attempted to rekindle the friendship a couple of years ago, but she didn't seem interested, so I let it be.

What would you do if you were her? Would you rather just be left alone? I'm afraid of getting hurt again. Thank you.

WEB DuBois wrote about it over one hundred years ago. The "double conciousness" of Black people. 100 years later Black people are still schizophrenic; still living to in two worlds at once; still having to say things like "I act one way around white people and another way around black people."

I know this does not apply to all of us. But if you have two personalities one of them needs to go. Dont you think?

This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

I remember it came in a small-ish tub with a plastic screw-on lid, it was very thick, almost like jelly, (Jello for all you Americans out there reading this), but it wasn't even wobbly,.. it was green as well if I remember correctly, sometimes purple. Any ideas what it was called?

I've have followed Jr since he first started in Busch racing, But I watched his dad first. I know what i thought of Jeff Gordon then and it basically stills hold true today. Also Jimmie Johnson being Gordon Team mate I have the same feelings towards him as I do Gordon. I know i'm a huge JR fan but I really don't know if I can Cheer for a Hendrick Team. What are your thoughts?
