In your opinion, at what point should we (the world, the UN, the US, whomever) stop passing sanctions on Iran and launch a military strike to disable their nuclear ambitions?

Or do you think that military action will never be acceptable, and we should continue with sanctions and other "harshly written letters" until Iran has developed full nuclear capabilities?

Note: The use of air strikes on nuclear research sites would not devolve into an Iraq-like situation. Iran has very limited military capabilities, assuming the world is not silly enough to attempt an invasion.

Also consider that military action is likely, as Israel's survival is dependent on Iran gaining nuclear weapons.

I just read today that NATO has intercepted arms shipments from Iran into Afghanistan and they have solid proof that the Iranian government is behind it. This might be the catalyst that you are looking for.

Me? Although the Iranian government looks to me to be very unjust I'm worried that the whole region will become engulfed in war and that can't be good for the planet as a whole.

We can share opinions but I strongly suspect that neither of us know whats really going on. Thats one of the big problems is that there is very little reliable information on EITHER side.

well I think that when Iran will ignore the same number of resolutions as Israel it's time to attack it...So they still have to reach 72 ignored resolutions and then we will see what happens...
Oh.btw by attacking Iran we will start WW3...so as far as I am concerned a military strike it's out of discussion...
Iran has signed the NNPT,so as long as you can't prove that they are building nukes, they are not doing anything illegal...
