wow okay first go get it cut.
ask for them to cut off about to 8 inches below your shoulders
then ask them to angle it
do you have thick hair or thin??
thick : get layers
thin : no layers just angle maybe fringe
style it... well ofcourse you can straighten it
or you can put it in a bun with mousse after your shower
to curl it :]
im sure it will be gorgeous :D
HOPE I HELPED :D

You could donate part of your hair to "locks of love". I live in Memphis, Tn and the Saint Jude Hospital is located here. They take your donations and make wigs for the little kids who have lost their hair through chemo treatments. I do not know all the particulars, but, it does have to be a certain length.
It sounds perfect for you because you stated that it is all one length. I am sure you could contact them through the internet. All of this is charity and no money exchanges hands. Also, I know this-if you do not take proper care of your hair, it will not be healthy. You need to do hot oil and conditioning treatments on it every week. It is almost like having a full time job having it that long, because you have to care for it day in and day out. You can have many split ends and alot of breakage from having hair that long. My grandmother always taught me to brush it at least 100 strokes at night. That stimulates your scalp and help it to be more healthy looking. Have you ever had bangs? Also, you could get the forehead part cut into some long layers and it is alot easier to style. Have you used headbands? By looking at the tv and fashion books, you can see how "in style" they are right now. Especially, the big wide ones. Do you part your hair or do you wear it parted down the middle? Write me back and let me know how it is going.
PS a cheap way to condition is to use mayonnaise. Wet your hair, massage well into the scalp, pull it through your hair and then wrap in a towel and let it "marinate" for about 15-20 minutes. Rinse well and comb through. If you can, try and let it air dry. The heat from your dryer can add to the damage.
PSS-EVERYONE has some form hair damage, so don't feel bad about that.
I will write you back, but please feel free to contact me at any time about any type of hair and skin questions. I am a skin care specialist and I want to share my knowledge with people like you. Have a great day!! I look forward to hearing from you.

i think that you should get it cut
not too much
keep the length, maybe like middle of ur back
cut some longer layers so it looks curls good and will give you some body
also some side bangs would look good
not to short Though
good luck in 8th grade :)

I would get a shoulder length cut with layers and side bangs. That would be sooo pretty. Oh and 8th grade is soo much fun.

Do what you think is best..but long hair down to your butt is just not practical anymore. I would cut it shoulder length. My son's girlfriend is right above her bra...and all her friends have hair that length or shorter. My son's girlfriend is a freshman too.

If you want to cut it find out how to donate hair to locks of love first.
http://www.locksoflove.org/
Also take a before and after picture too and send it into your local paper too.
Speak with a hair stylist first to know what you want to do and if you go ahead and donate to locks of love that is great too.
Also learn how to french braid your hair...make an appointment with a stylist that you feel comfortable with and learn new ways to style your hair.
Good luck
