Very interesting, and an inconvenient truth to Mr. Gore no doubt. I don't discount global warming. The evidence is clear. I don't believe, however, that we are the cause of the majority of it. How arrogant we are! Global warming and cooling has been occurring for longer that we can imagine.

I think the truth lies in the article:
{He was the first to point out the disconnect between global-warming rhetoric and scientific data from Kilimanjaro. His 2004 findings became fodder for conservative Web sites and global-warming skeptics — many funded by the oil and coal industries — who argued that all reports about melting glaciers are suspect.
The debate was so rancorous that a co-author of the 2004 study decided not to lend his name to the American Scientist article, which summarizes what researchers have learned about Kilimanjaro's complex ice dynamics.
Even though the mountain presents an interesting scientific puzzle, it's an anomaly compared to what's happening with other glaciers, said Douglas Hardy, a paleoclimatologist at the University of Massachusetts. The new article will be seized on by "global warming naysayers" and could give people the mistaken impression that it calls global warming into question, Hardy predicted.
"What value to society does that serve?" he asked.}
Any pud can find someone to agree with their premise. However you cannot ignore NASA, NOAA and the EPA and their position on GW. Or maybe YOU can.

"He hastens to add that global warming is, indeed, responsible for the fact that nearly every other glacier around the globe is melting away. Kilimanjaro just happens to be the worst possible case study." from the article you use as a reference.

I do not know why the glaciers on kilimanjaro are melting but it is most likely global warming. One scientists claim does not make a theory valid. If more studies were done to prove that it was not global warming than more answers could be found.

Funny stuff, well at least all of the other examples are true according to the article.

Well, that's nice. I guess we can go on wasting as much energy as we can, and pumping more CO2 into the atmosphere, then.
