My husband is deployed to Iraq and every week I send him the indivual packs of kool aid and ice tea...well you only get 10 packs per bok at 3.00 a box, and he uses 2 packs per bottle of water.. what i was wondering is has anyone ever used regular powder kool ais, ice tea and just measured out enough for a bottle of water if so, how much did you use. Im sorry if this sounds like a dumb question.

my brother and me were really close (he is 21 and im 16). but for the past few years things have changed and we fight like crazy. and i think he has anger issues. and he always lowers my self esteem a lot. but i have never told him this because i was too scared i guess. then last night we got into a huge fight and then i sent a really nasty email to him and said how he took my self esteem away and how he has anger problems. today he is acting weird, like really guilty and feels bad about everything and he has had a headache all day. by sending this email i think i changed everything. i also sent him this link:

Life can throw so many obstacles our way and is filled with difficult things at times. Sometimes it's too much, so it can cause me to get depressed, give up, and just generally be low all the time.
Now, instead of diagnosing me as a depressed person with an imbalance, why not just assume I'm a normal person who got served more than he could handle?
That's what irritates me about psychology/psychiatry; they throw those chemical imbalances, mental disorder diagnoses far too loosely, when you may be totaly normal, living in an insane world ( which I strongly believe is the case).
So therefore if the cause of my depression, and perhaps the cause for others' depression is REAL LIFE, rather than their own neurotransmitters,
what is the best way to deal with it?
Drugs? Talk Therapy?
So can life, by it's daily grind, bills, unfairness, materialism, bullshit, etc, cause depression, more so than something neurological?
And if so, why do docs FAVOR the neurological aspect?

OTTAWA (CP) - The vast majority of Canadians want this country's military mission in Afghanistan to end as scheduled in 2009, according to a new poll.
The survey by Decima Research, released Monday to The Canadian Press, found that two-thirds of respondents want Canadian troops to come home when the current mandate from Parliament expires in February 2009.
Only 26 per cent of respondents believed the military mission should be extended "if that is necessary to complete our goals there."
The results of the poll, conducted May 31 to June 4, were released as Prime Minister Stephen Harper discussed an extension to the mission with his Dutch counterpart in Ottawa.
Harper has repeatedly hinted that Canadian troops may have to stay on in Afghanistan's troubled southern provinces beyond February 2009 in order to ensure stability.
