When an employee is carrying out their duties and in doing so enters the company (supplier) into a contract with a customer to provide a product, and that employee is aged 17. Is the employee classed as a minor so the contract doesn't stand? Or is the employee merely classed as working for the company and in doing so has entered the company into a valid contract?

I always enjoy magic and catch David Blaine, Criss Angel, and David Copperfield when they run a special on A&E or other cable channels. Criss Angel seems to be the new sensation now and I have seen videos on how some of his illusions are done, only what he himself chose to reveal

People actually seem to think he has this supernatural power, but of course it is all an illusion, that's why he is so good and convincing, great entertainment

Criss seems to do more large production illusions than cloeup magic which David Blaine does.

So which of these 3 magicians impresses you the most?

My friend just gave me a burnt CD, but I don't know the names of the songs. Normally I would just look up the lyrics, but its all in German. There is a setting that enbles you to look up album info, but not for individual songs. The program is still new to me because this is a new computer. Please is there anyway at all to ID these songs on this software?

after being with my boyfriend for a year i have developed really strong feelings for him but i just want to spend more and more time with him... what the hell is wrong with the world? can't a girl love her baby purely and to the fullest no matter what?!!!!!

are we supposed to always play games? act aloof? or act like we don't need you guys when we actually do? why don't you guys like it when we are honest? i'm tired of games when i tell you guys what do i do you tell me i'm desperate tellin me how unattractive i am for being like that why?!

i don't understand why you guys don't want true, deep love, what is the harm? :(( i have been crying for ever i wish i could be a guy for at least a day or week to understand!

but like it in other foods? I can't stand raw onions or even cooked ones most of the time. However, I like french onion chip dip, sour cream and onion flavored chips, gravy made with onion soup mix, onion powder and onion rings but only from BK....Maybe I am just weird... :P

Grains of sand trickled into the gully as an arid wind whistled in from the trackless wastes of the desert. The sun was setting, but still its merciless heat blazed down onto the little vegetation. A lizard paused in the long shadow of a single blade of grass, sensing something, or someone, unwanted.

Crack! A shot from an English-man’s pistol split the air, and a deafening silence descended in its wake. It was a waste of lead, but the tall figure draped in black didn’t care. Why should he? He could go where he wanted to in less time then it took to blink his cold, lifeless eyes.


It's supposed to be about 200 words, but this in only 106, how could I add to it - may be another paragraph but it has to stay thriller-ish with suspense in it.

Ideas please and feedback!

Ok, I have to write this question fast, before someone sees me. For awhile now, ever since my dad and his girlfriend broke up, my dad has been really stressed, he's not fun to be around. So two nights ago, he started yelling at me about me spending to much money. So I felt lyk he's taking all his stress on me(which when I accused him of that, he denied) I had so many emotions running through me, and I went into my room, and cut myself, they aren't deep, just 6 lines. I feel so bad, because yesterday, we had a good time playing tennis, and he apologized. He hasn't seen the cuts. This is the second time I've done it. I told him the first time, and promised not to do it again. thats what makes me feel worse. I'm seeing my psychiatrist tomorrow, and will tell her, but wanted opions of evryonew here. I feel so guilty. By the way, I'm 13, almost 14. Pls help
