I always enjoy magic and catch David Blaine, Criss Angel, and David Copperfield when they run a special on A&E or other cable channels. Criss Angel seems to be the new sensation now and I have seen videos on how some of his illusions are done, only what he himself chose to reveal

People actually seem to think he has this supernatural power, but of course it is all an illusion, that's why he is so good and convincing, great entertainment

Criss seems to do more large production illusions than cloeup magic which David Blaine does.

So which of these 3 magicians impresses you the most?

Criss angel. The man floated 30 feet above the ground in the middle of a field, and as far as I know, it's impossible to tie a harness to a cloud, which is the only way you could ever fly in the middle of big field. Plus he was surounded by a huge crowd. And if he does have powers, they're not supernatural, it's called "TELEKINESIS" a normal thing that everybody has, just somepeople are better at it than others. And criss walked up the side of a building.

Criss Angel is the better of the three. His kinda leave ya sitting there thinkin... "what the hell"

David Blaine has gotten way off base with some of his crap and Copperfield's stuff is old and outdated.

They all can't be compared the same, I think David Blaine is better at street magic, Criss Angel is good at TV magic as well as doing street magic, and David Copperfield is the best performer of all of them.

I like the street magic of Blaine and Angel ore than the stage magic of Copperfield. All are very good though. I guess Blaine is my favorite because of the awesome stunts he performs which really aren't magic but demonstrations of mental discipline and physical endurance.

David Blaine is amazing. When I lived in New York, I encountered David Blaine several times in public (both street and bars) while he was doing his magic. He is so charismatic and enigmatic. He is kind of mysterious and very kind in an a way that cannot be put into words. People are mesmerized in his presence. He has turned me into a "believer" in magic, which I was always pretty skeptical. I was present when he was frozen in ice (and when he was brought out) as well as when he was buried alive. (I actually have pictures on my first digital camera of him in the block of ice!) He is so human in that he does these crazy things, but still has fear and recognition that he may not succeed. He truly is a magical man.

My first introduction to stage magic was David Copperfield, so I'll go with him. Criss Angel has an awesome style though.
