I wrote a resume and am not sure whether it's a correct form

my motto in life is "Change stumbling blocks into stepping stones. It represents my idea of positive mind. It always helps me, and also most result was pretty good if I believe that everything is going to be okay.

The explanation would be, It represents my idea of a positive mindset. This philosophy always helps me, most situations in life have a good result if I believe that everything is going to be Okay.

I don't understand the reference to a resume

Trash this. It has no place in a resume. It's ungrammatical and the imagery of changing blocks into stones is not very profound. It can only hurt you.

I have never seen anyone use a "life motto" on their resume.
