not really. there have been great albums, e.g., the white album or dark side of the moon. they rate with sgt pepper. but how do you better than a '10'?

Possibly not.However,my own personal opinion as to one which matches it could be "Pink Floyd's" 1970's album "Dark Side Of The Moon." Not quite as good as "Sgt.Peppers" but close.
