Although I'd rate Sgt. Pepper's extremely high, I wouldn't put it above Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon

not really. there have been great albums, e.g., the white album or dark side of the moon. they rate with sgt pepper. but how do you better than a '10'?

Possibly not.However,my own personal opinion as to one which matches it could be "Pink Floyd's" 1970's album "Dark Side Of The Moon." Not quite as good as "Sgt.Peppers" but close.
