ok, i guess im a pretty good dancer...

i mean, im in the highest level at my dance studio, im in the front line for all of my dances, and i have a solo this year...

but my main problem is flexibility!!! i have NONE! i mean, i can do a split but i really have to force it down, so its not really helping my grand battements or fan kicks.

i swear my strattle is like 90 degrees lol!
my fan kicks are like 90 degrees
my grand battements are actually like 100 degrees so i guess thats good :]

so my question is...how do i improve my flexibility over the summer so next year i can do alot more stuff? (like better leaps, all 3 splite...) and is flexibility really everything??

player and just hear the sound? I am getting very desperate here. I have to give these DVD's back tomorrow and I have not been able to see them at all. Life was so much easier before all of this damn electronic stuff! Just a tape of it would be fine with me. Geesh...

I asked this question earlier tonight but I just wanted to get some new advice...Recently we've been fighting more and more but we're always okay at the end of the night. She is my best friend, we have never been more, and I think that I want to be - but I realize it will never happen... I just am so sick of hurting and I just want to walk away from her... Women are a very important part of this country. They are nurturing, often times peacefull, and they run the household. However; when it comes to the army, I believe we have lost our ways. Yes It would, "pollitically correct, " to allow women in the army. But is it right? If men and women are truelly equal, why are men forbiden to hit them? The answer is because the two sexes are very different. Man has the duty to step up( as his forefathers did) and fight against forein adversaries. Many nations would also view this as cowardly to send women to fight for the U.S. Women are bared from the front lines, but in Iraq there is no front line. What do we do now? Will us men sleep better at night knowing that women are getting shot at by terrorists? This has nothing to do with which sex is better, this has to do with honor for ones country and the bravery of its men.

I am hosting a baby shower for my sister-in-law. I handmade the babyshower invitations using scrapbooking techniques and I would like to something as crafty for the corsage. I am drawing blanks and am only finding ideas for the sock corsage...naturally I am wanting something more unique or different. Any ideas???? The baby is a girl and theme is ladybugs with emphasize on the green and red. Mommy-to-be doesn't like alot of baby pink.
