Fish flesh (10g) was extracted with trichloroacetic acid (10%, 10mL). The extract was filtered and diluted to 50mL. An aliquot (10mL) was placed in a Markham still together with sodium hydroxide solution (40%, 10mL) and steam distilled into boric acid (5mL) and methyl red/methylene blue indicator (3 drops)

At the completion of distillation, the boric acid solution was titrated with hydrochloric acid (0.01N). A titration of 8.75mL of acid was required to reach the end point and a blank titration of 0.25mL was obtained.

Calculate the level of total volatile bases present in the fish flesh as mg N/100g flesh.

the total volatile bases mean nitrogen content and HVL 0.01N = 0.01mol/L

Or the converse of this question: if a stock starts to slip quickly (news of a company scandal, ex. enron) can you sell the stock quickly even though nobody would like to buy it?

Then in verse 3 it says immediatly ,Through Him ( not God ) all things were made;without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.

John the baptist comes to proclaim who that light is and testified concerning that light which is mentioned above.Jesus

ephesians 6:17 the sword of Spirit which is the word of God. The bible.
SO you say the word of God is in error and needed your correction. Did you tell the Spirit of God this or is His word not complete and God's Spirit does not know the beginning and the end and not capable of preserving His word throughout time.

Jesus was given the title of Emmanuel ( God with us) It is in His Word inspired by the Holy Spirit which was given in great measure to God's appointed desciples.
This seems clear and we are to look to God's infalible word, not a man almost 1950 years after.
Do you accept Jesus as the Light of God,study before you answer

Unfortunately he found out that I've been fantasizing about somebody I know from online. I'm never going to meet him for real or anything, but now I feel guilty and like I cheated on him. He says he's not mad. Do you think that's true? How can he be ok with it?

I've been talking to this guy for 6 years online, he's the person I go to for everything, and I'm basically in love with him. I'm 17 and he's 21...we want to meet but he is scared he could go to jail just for meeting me with my parents right there. He could go to jail for 10+ years. Could this really happen? Should we risk it because this could be the only chance to meet in the next few years? What are your views on this?

I avoid mirrors. The only mirror I don't avoid is one I have set up with special lighting that makes me look o.k.Even then I won't look in the mirror if I have my contacts in.They have to be out because I hate the way I look.I'm so confused because a lot of people tell me I'm pretty,cute,hot,attractive,adorable...but I've had others tell me I'm ugly and not attractive.Growing up I was teased a lot for my big nose, and it was ruining me so my parents paid for a nose job.I was 15.I am now 30 and I still feel ugly.I haven't had a real relationship for 4 years and I just feel like I've wasted so much of my life hating the way I look, but I can't help it when I have to face myself in the mirror everyday. About 1 year after the nose job a guy I liked made a comment that my body was hot but he kept looking at my face and wanted to puke. That was a long time ago but it's still with me completely. How do I face my looks?I hate that I focus on it so much, but it makes me not want to go out, etc.HELP

We have never had a Black in the White house, Blacks are mistreated by trigger happy law enforcement, and the list goes on.

I am sick and tired of Blacks not being treated fairly in the United States based merely on their race. We can't argue which is the right or wrong race, as we need to help all three of the races succeed! In the presidential race we only have one person running that is of another race. Barak Obama is articulate and clean cut as opposed to Jesse Jackson (whose racism precludes his candidacy). But I don't feel that there are enough Blacks in this country to get their man in office. Will we have a Black in the White house, probably not but he (Barak Obama) would sure be better than President Clinton's wife!
