I am the wrong person to ask about science.

Love is like a well a fresh water on a hot day.

Love is not scientific in and of itself because it is a subjective emotional state. Also, the aspects of love the other poster mentioned are also subjective as you can't objectively label someone a "race" (race is a man-made label that has no basis on genetics or biology), as well as social class, appearance, etc. These are all arbitrary subjective elements.

No, studies have found you mostly fall in love with people who are of the same class,, race, religion etc... So love is very scientific and just a bunch of hormones.

I know that research has been done to see what happens in the brain when a person is in love and they found that more endorphines are released. There are other slight differentiations in the brain when someone is in love. I think researchers have proven that there is some science involved.
