I would say use a simple red flower with a small spray of baby's breath. Then take some ladybug beads and wire wrap the end of it. Connect that to a wire of matching seed beads. What's in my mind is kind of hard to explain..I'd have to draw it out lol. But it would be sort of like a spray with lady bugs and beads in it. If your really interested I would happy to draw you a picture and email it to you. I can also tell you a great place to order the beads from.

Well you can make a corsage out of a lot of different things....like you could use baby rattles, or several different baby items tied together and put a bow behind it...like a pacifier, baby bib, etc.
Or you could go with the ladybug idea and use some real or silk flowers like white with green behind them...then find some ladybug buttons or pins....you could find either one...and add them to the corsage....it could be really cute....Like Red Ribbon at the top, white flowers, greenery and the ladybugs on the flowers where they will really show up. Then also use some red balloons...or white ones and draw ladybugs on them.
Also just for extra ideas....if you make ladybug on a cake, be sure you use the cake decorators type of coloring...then it will be a true red.
Also for a class one time I made ladybug cakes which turned out really cute...by trimming the edges of sponge cake to a ladybug shape, coloring the frosting red to cover the cake....then used black liquorice candies ( I think they were candy wafers) that were round shape for the dots, and for the antennas, etc. They turned out really cute...so this idea could be done with a little nicer cream cake underneath...and decorated as lady bugs. The key is the coloring...regular food coloring doesn't come out red.

Even if it's not your first choice, I think the sock corsage could be really cute. I work in a fabric store and we sell ladybug buttons. If you used socks, you could sew on a ladybug button like it just landed there. That would probably go over well with the Mommy if she likes ladybugs.
Here's a link on how to make a sock bouquet. http://www.plan-the-perfect-baby-shower.com/baby-sock-rose.html If you just made one or two flowers out of red socks...or maybe white?....you could make them into a corsage. You could buy a stem of silk greenery for a little filler and some ladybug buttons to sew onto the sock flowers. Add a bow and voila! What I'm picturing in my head is really cute!

There are several ideas at this link, including a typical flower corsage, the baby sock corsage, a corsage using baby items: rattle, teether, etc, and a bow corsage:

Hi I personally think it has all been done before. But since it will be both men and women and even though she is having a girl you can use the color theme of green, or/and yellow sort of pale, for games maybe you could do a Gerber baby food contest, Who Can Eat the Most Baby Food in the Shortest Time?, who can drink the fastest out of a bottle, who changes the babydoll fastest?, if there are not going to be alot of people give every couple or person a babydoll and have them act as if it were a real baby at the end of each game make sure to give someone their own special prize. Dont forget to add the men also. Good Luck and i hope my answer helps!!!

Since you don't want to do the sock thing, here's a suggestion. Get the largest Gerber daisy or Sunflower and sew a pin back on it. On the front attach a cute lady bug. ( there are pictures of them all over the web ) Of course remove the stem and only use the flower head. Find the thinnest green ribbon you can find, and attach streamers to several petals of the flower. From these ribbons suspend tiny rattles, bottles etc. You can get these tiny things in a cake decorating store, or you may be able to find them in a craft store. You could attach netting to the back of the flower, if you want the corsage to appear larger ( this might be over kill)

Well, the corsages I've seen are not that nice...full of stuff!!!! I would say make her an actual flower corsage with red roses and yellow daisies...or maybe use something similar to the invitation and put the picture of the ultrasound and pin it to her shirt...personally I would go with the flowers!

This is not so much an idea as more of a tip. The flower ideas are good but if you want it as a keepsake for her either use a silk flower or find something that could be made into a flower, and then add whatever else you like for decoration.
