Well, as I looked to see if Ozzy Osbourne new album "Black Rain" hit #1, they didn't, instead I found out that Maroon 5 hit #1.

How the hell can that happen?
Maroon 5 can barely sing and play! Moron 5 is a better.

Don't know why it disturbs me.

I just turned 14 and I'm 5'1 1/2. I need to lose some weight. I'm not some crazy person who is skinny and just thinks I'm fat (Like my 12 year old cousin) I am overweight for my height. I'm doing a "Great abs" workout everyday (started two days ago) but what else can I do? I'm not elemenating bread from my diet but I will cut back. I tried eating no bread and lost 18LBS but gained it back when I started eating bread again. Being partially Italian I can't not eat bread and thats that. I'll also drink more water but really what else can I do? Thanks everyone!

I already have two policies that are already paid for. But I am looking for an additional insurance policy. The agent called me and said portable insurance from my company is not that great because the premium goes up every few years but the Universal term life the premium remains the same. I can only assume this does not have a cash value. Help, Help, Help he is coming over tomorrow.

I was just informed that the buyer's lender is requiring us to have a Multiple Dwelling Certificate. In the adendum to the contract, this line has been stricken and initialed. The original closing date has passed.
If we had closed on the original date, the buyer's lender was fine without this certification. But they are now requiring it.

Because I have no guarantee that the buyer's lender will accept a Temporary Certificate, I am hesitant to even apply for one. There is also the fact that I would be opening to flood gates to state housing inspection. My house is a 3family, but only 2 families have dwelt in it for the last several years.

If I decide not to comply, is this considered a breach in contract, and can I still be accused of "specific performance", and/or sued?

Ok here is what happened...i went to my friends house nd she has brotherz...me nd her brotherz stayed up all night....then i went to bed...well the first brother comes in and we fool around nd then we have sex...nd yes it was unprotected...we only went for like 5 minutes then he left...then the other brother came in nd we started fooling around...then we had sex for like 3 hours nd he wasnt protected either....he said he pulled out when he felt it....but cant u get pregnant anywayz??? then i went with my boyfriend to his house the next day nd we had sex there...nd we werent protected...so i am 15....nd my ovulaion time is the 25 nd we had sex on the 27 nd the 28...so do u think i can b pregant...???? need help please...

Is intangible "Support the Troops" rhetoric a way to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside? Does it really support the troops? Why not do something tangible like a pay raise for enlisted ranks (E1 through E9)? Why don't you demand of our elected officials they provide the veterans benefits as promised or better yet increase veterans benefits across the board. Moral support is all fine and dandy, however it requires no effort whatsoever... why is it that talking is all many seem willing to do?

Special Note: to all the religious zealots why are you abusing God's name for your social agenda as a facade for supporting the troops?

If all the Republican and Democrat politicians are so gung-ho in their "support the troops" rhetoric, why has not one member of Congress objected or even commented on the Bush administration's cut of more than SEVEN BILLION DOLLARS from the Veterans' Administration annual budget?

Aren't you amazed at how many kids don't want to accept the fact that it takes HARD WORK to become professional singers! It's like they look at you or even sometimes respond in disbelief when you give the reality of the business. They only see the glamour. It takes training, hustle, determination, constant practice, disappointments, struggle, times where you want to give up but you don't, sacrifice (a big one), and love for the art. I knew it took work to become a professional singer before I started this journey, which is why I contemplated for a while if this is what I REALLY wanted to do. Now many at that age don't even think about it. They think it's just luck. I had one student a couple of years ago in another state come in for a lesson talking about "I wanna be the next Britney Spears." I was like WHY! What is the point? This same student didn't even practice in the end. Some of these kids want advice, but don't practice. Do they really think it has been an easy road for us?

First let me point out that I am an atheist. I had a couple of specific ghost encounters when I was younger, which caused me to believe in ghosts. I am not certain exactly what a ghost is, but to me, they exist in some form. Are there other atheists out there who believe as I do? People often ask me how it is possible for me to believe in ghosts and yet be an atheist. How does this work for you and your beliefs?
