Have them arrested for criminal trespass, assuming it's your property they refuse to leave.

I would have to know what state you are in but I can answer for SC and would assume many states are similar. If you ask someone to leave and they do not, they are trespassing after notice. You can phone the police who will show up, have you tell them they are not welcome on the property and if they do not leave or show up again then they are arrested for that charge. If the person is not there when the police arrive but you know where the person lives, you can draft a letter up (some police have them pre written) have it sent Certified mail, return reciept requested. Make sure you make a copy. If they return and the police arrive, you show them the letter and an arrest can be made. If they leave, the police will take a report, not that they have seen the copy of the letter and the returned receipt and this will allow you to seek charges. If the person is trespassing while commiting another crime, ie damage to property, even something like picking apples then other charges can be sought. If the trespassing becomes recurrent then you could possibly seek some type of harrassment charges as well

Is the property yours or are you an agent for the owner? Are the people squatters? Did the people once live there or do they still live there but are no longer paying rent? (this makes a big difference in most states, it takes months to get rid anyone you accepted money from in the past)

There are a bunch of questions but basically once you tell someone to leave or the place is posted, you can have the evil doer arrested on signed complaints.

Call the police. If it is your property you can have the police remove them for trespassing. If it's public property, nothing.

Is this someone who lives with you? You need to give them written notice - it's usually three months. If they do not leave after that, you can evict them.

Depends on whose property it is.

If it yours, then call the police, they can escort them off, and you could file tresspass charges.
