Maybe a friend who has breeding turtles or the pet store. The pet store might be quite expensive, but it depends on how bad you want the eggs.

Turtle eggs do not ship well- if you turn them, the embryo detaches from the shell and dies.

Most of the time, we get the turtles at about a month old- after they have lost their yolk sack and the scar heals.

Problem with that is that there is a Federal Regulation forbidding the commercial buying or selling turtles under 4" long.

For a good site that sells turtles, try http://www.empireoftheturtle.com
