What do I have know before I have a job interview? Also, what is something I will expect? And lastly, how should I dress? I'm planning to have an interview in McDonalds. By the way I’m 15.

Thank you for any advice.

Dress nice, a nice shirt and nice pants should be fine. Why do you think you would be a valuable employee? Why do you want to work there? What are some of your goals in life? These are all questions that may be asked. I would make sure to have at least two forms of ID, probably a Social Security card and another picture ID (like a driving permit).

You can work as young as 14, there are some extra restrictions on those under 16 mainly dealing with how many hours they can work, what kinds of work they can do, and when they can work.

just dress nice. I usually go with a dress shirt, black pants, and nice shoes.

Since it is at McDonalds, i wouldn't expect anything too intense. I'm guessing that if you can dress yourself, you should be able to get the job. Expect very basic questions about yourself like "where do you go to school?", "what do you do in your free time?" No worries

That one guy is full of ****. You can work when you are 15.

Take a few pieces of ID with you [if you have your learners permit, birth certificate, social security card..] They'll ask you questions about why you want to work there, what you like there, why you think you should be hired over everyone else....& things like that. It's always good if you dress up a little bit. Don't wear clothes with a bunch of holes or clothes that are really dirty..

GOOD LUCK!

Dress neat. If you dont have khaki pants, wear nice jeans and think about what they might ask you and be prepared with answers. Tell them, if you have a chance, that you are a quick learner, you will show up on time and that you would welcome the chance to work there. Good luck!
