I am curious-- on these question boards I see so many people saying their dogs were vaccinated against kennel cough. Vets in this area do not vaccinate against kennel cough. I have only seen 1 dog with the disease ever come into the clinics, and it had come from a large kennel in another area.

I admit that I live in a Mayberryish type place, so big cities might have more of a crowding problem with dogs? Our vets here have always said if the dogs are cared for well and kept clean the disease won't attack them. Is kennel cough a major problem in some specific areas of the nation? It just isn't here. And none of them vaccinate for it unless someone specifically requests it.

I was watching MSNBC yesterday - which is very rare - and saw a commercial promoting an interview with Al Gore they were going to show later on in the day. Typical interview promotion - different camera angles and sound bites, and a breif list of his accomlishments - in which they actually credited him with PREDICTING Global Warming.

I don't care what your view is about global warming - that's not what this question is about. But what warrants a news outlet to make such a bizare and erroneous statement? Is it now commonly accepted that because Gore made a documentary that he predicted something that many claim has been going on for decades?? Did he predict Global Warming before or after he invented the internet??

My second cousin's husband, Klaus Steinhorst, was killed by a drunk driver in 2004. The toxicology report revealed that that driver was under the influence of both alcohol and Xanax at the time and yet the report wasn't allowed as evdience because the driver (surprise surprise) didn't consent to have his blood drawn. President Bush today saying that the Sudan government is responsible for the deaths and rapes of many people there. President Bush anounced that we will be esculating our involvment there to improve the situation.
If being involved in a civil war is bad in Iraq isn't it then also bad in Sudan and Darfur?

why does god not forgive blastpheme when he expects us to forgive our debters and evildoers that curse at us??

if we was born a sinner and as soon as we ask him to forgive us of our sins he will forgive and forget them!!?? well then why do christians still go to judgement day if he forgotten them like he said!??

i heard a preacher say god already picked out his followers before we were born! so that is not fair to the others because they can't go to heaven, they have to go to h*ll because god didnt pick them!!???

I have both of the same kind and my dad wants to put them in the same aquarium. But my only problem with that is one is really big like almost the size of a large tile, and the other is smaller then my palm. Good idea or no?

A blonde was recently fired from an M&M factory for throwing away Ws and peeling the shells on the candies. Therefore, she needed a new job to support herself. After going around town asking if anyone needed work done, she found a man who needed a painter.

"I'm here for the paint job," she said.

"Alright," said the man. "Here is the paint and your brush. I want you to paint my porch behind the house."

The blonde immediately went to work painting. Within an hour, she was done and decided to put on a second coating.

After she finished, she returned to the man for her pay. She said with satisfaction, "I not only completed the job, but I even put on two coats of paint! By the way, that isn't a porsche out back. It's a new BMW.
