I have both of the same kind and my dad wants to put them in the same aquarium. But my only problem with that is one is really big like almost the size of a large tile, and the other is smaller then my palm. Good idea or no?

i used to have two water turtles one like a foot long and one the size of the quarter the large one was extremely protective of the little one so i guess it just depends on the turtle

They should be fine IF the tank is big enough. Otherwise they will fight and stress each other.

The tank size rule is about 10 gallons per inch of turtle shell length, so your 'tile size' (4"?) plus your baby would need about 50 gallons of water to be healthy and happy in.

They will be fine together in the same aquarium. I have two turtles also and my male is a lot larger than the female and they have been together for years.

I wouldn't do it, I had two baby turtles and one killed the other so now I only have one. Not sure why he did it but I'm sure he'd do it again. Turtles can be mean

I have had lots of turtles and most of mine have been OK, so the should be, just watch them in the beginning to make sure.
