On the floor do you smell it to see if it is dirty? or Do you just throw it in the laundry anyways?

I'll usually give it the old smell test. If there is any doubt to whether it's clean, it goes in the laundry.

If its my brother clothing i thrown it into the laundry basket.They don't bother to get their clothes out till you throw ants in their pants.They go dirty just waiting in the laundry basket.
If its mine i am going to give the smell check.

Check for dog hair and do the smell test. . .of course, if it's been on the floor for any length of time, my dog has slept on it.
