There is no "true branch". Jesus never organized a Church, and His apostles only organized congregations, which were devoid of secret rituals. Christ said you had to do only a few things to be saved in the Kingdom of His Father:
1. Believe on Him
2. Repent of your sins
3. Be baptized (by immersion) in His name
4. Follow His commandments and words
5. Testify of Him to others
These 5 things can take a whole lifetime to accomplish, and sadly, there are several people withing the Christian family that don't accomplish them. Those will be the ones that suffer for there sins, before finally being saved, albeit by fire (1 Cor 3:9-15).

I'm a sixth generation Universalist, now Unitarian Universalist. Which faith is the "true" faith, depends on who you talk to and their beliefs. Many religious people believe that theirs is the "true" faith, but none, I repeat, none have any facts to back that up. Truth is that no one can be sure of a corner on the market for religious truth.
Unitarian Universalism charges its congregants with a continuing search for truth and meaning. That means that our religious life and spiritual practice continue to grow throughout our lives. Our faith is influenced by new discoveries in science and psychology as well as the inspired writings of religious and spiritual leaders, both ancient and contemporary.
No one can give you a definitive answer to this question. The best you can hope for is good company on your search for the answers.
You might find it interesting to take a look at the Unitarian Universalist Association website.

Which branch was around the longest? Answer that and you'll have your answer! Protestants protested against the true church and created their own church instead. Jesus created a church almost 2000 years ago that withstood persecutions for 300 years and then spread to every end of the earth. Every institution managed by men will have corruption, but that is what changes. The things that stay the same are the teachings; and that is where the truth is found. Read the history of the catholic church, it's the oldest. It's the only one that is personally founded by Our Lord Jesus And there were plenty of saints before there were any bibles. The apostles were told to teach all nations and the faith was spread by word of mouth untill the invention of the printing press in the 1500s.

Don't know where you got the idea Christianity is the 'One True Branch'. Christianity only implies the person or dogma believes, a man lived on this earth that was a manifestation of God.

Clearly most branches believe they are the True Christians, otherwise, why would they be doing what they are doing?
I would suggest that you learn about the various branches and pray to God that He will direct you to the true church. No one else can tell you what that is, although they can tell you what they have learned through personal revelation.

God gives these clues to help us find the true Church of God:
* Isa 8:20 -- To the law [Old Testament] and to the testimony [New Testament]! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
* Mt 4:4 -- But He answered and said, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.' "
* John 13:35 -- By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."
* 1Jo 5:3 -- For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.
* Revelation 14:12 -- Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
From the Bible we know that love is the essence of God and his Commandments. Those who know him and love him, keep his commandments -- all of them, not just a select few.
By those biblical criteria, most well known churches are eliminated. One quick test to eliminate most of the pretentious riff-raff churches is, do they keep the 4th Commandment -- to keep holy the Sabbath day?
God used this commandment on the Israelites in the wilderness to "test them, whether they will walk in [His] law or not" (Exodus 16:4). Thus it is called the "test Commandment." And we can use it today to test who are his people.

Mormons.
You don't have to be a Mormon to be saved. You have to accept Jesus Christ, have faith in him, be baptized by someone who has his authority, repent of your sins, and endure to the end.
EVERY human who has ever been born will have the opportunity to do these things. Some will have the opportunity in this life. Some will have the opportunity in the next life.
We are all God's children. How would a just God, condemn someone to eternal hell because he was born in china, died at birth, or lived in the "dark ages", etc.
Additionally, the "Mormon church" invites everyone to pray to God and ask him which church is his. They don't ask you to believe in what they say. Isn't it logical that God would lead his children that seek the truth to it?
Ask and ye shall receive.

Unitarians have been Unitarian Universalists since 1961. We haven't been Christians since the mid 1850's.
Good question, though.

Paul wrote in Corinthians 12 that that was not possible.
3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

properly, this is no longer. only like countless different faith, it somewhat is a manmade concept and prefer maximum is in accordance with fears and superstitions and an attempt to describe the unexplained. Like many faiths, christianity is in accordance with: A author or god who geared up and controlled this universe of billions of galaxies, each and every of which has billions of stars and planets, and This author for some reason made human beings in its image (whilst actually "god" is often made in guy's image- the conceitedness of guy), then this author desperate it may call for those human beings could desire to worship and prefer it, and in doing so could pass to a pair super city upon dying to "stay" consistently so the lifeless's spirits or souls could desire to worship the deity much extra. Given each and every of the arguments each and every faith has for its being the "one real faith" to the logical it somewhat is sparkling they're all fake. If actually there have been some deity who created human beings and each thing else, and had this strange desire to be worshiped by employing in ordinary terms its human creation- no longer the different species- then why could its "message" in ordinary terms be by men who declare to be the messengers of god? Why is there consistently an middleman? Why IF there's a god that desires human beings to worship it, would not it make that actuality standard to all human beings, appropriate after start, so as that one and all human beings could be believing an analogous element and worship and adore our author? actuality is, no religions have confidence an analogous element precisely, 2 human beings sitting on the church pew on Sunday probably have conflicting perspectives on their particular non secular ideals. there is no longer in ordinary terms one christian church, there are literally 1000's of diverse sects, only like there are diverse sects of jews, muslims and different religions. luckily faith in many aspects of the international is dying a speedy dying as extra human beings evolve right into a point of know-how that makes it sparkling there is no valid faith. only guy's conceitedness that he's "particular" and as a result could desire to be god's chosen ones.
