How can I check the first input of a program if it has - sign then i should ask the user to input a new name with no - sign..using c shell

like this
# nameofprogram aa-aa
you have - in your name please delete it
and here it should ask the user to enter his name again

does anybody know?

Yesterday when I scanned my computed with Lavasoft AD Aware SE Personal, I gets stuck at - c\Volume Information\. Odj.{00021401-0000-0000-0000-0000000000}930E.

Scanning cannot go after this.I waited more than an hour for the scanning to resume but nothing happened. I tried Spyboat s&d but it could not detect it.Same with AVG Spyware.I also tried anti virus Avast but it could not help.
Can anyone help please?I think it happened when a friend of mine inserted a pen drive and tried to delete a difficult MP3 music file which he got from somewhere else.

Isn't it around the 6 th grade? The most sold newspapers are written on the 6 th grade reading level...meaning that most Americans cannot read beyond what a 12 year old should read at.

Im a married women but before Ive always felt carious being with another women, Ive try it one time when I was not married but I did not felt confortable cause I felt scared it was my fisrt time but never did it again, I got married I alway felt that and still do. I have a very pregnant guppy and she is having fry, but she is having them at a rate of 1 a day! I have never seen anything like this before. She has had 3 fry in 3 days. Yesterday I thought maybe I just wasn't seeing them and I pulled the tank apart, but today she had another one! Is this harmful to her? Is it normal? I haven't read about anything similar.
