8 +4x = Perimeter (4+x) x = Area
2(8 + 4x) = (4+x) x
16 + 8x = 4x + x^2
x^2 -4x-16 =0
x^2 -4x =16
x(x-4) =16
x = 16/x-4

(16/x-4)(16/X-4) +4 =AREA
