How to build trust in our family - parenting foster/adopted children. (Manipulation/Lying)?

OK, this is the last step for me before I enroll all of us in some good ol' family counseling - I would deeply appreciate any suggestions on this! We have 3 children that we have adopted through the foster system (all under the age of 8). I am struggling for many reasons (disobedience, etc.) but the primary one is that I don't trust two of my children. I realize they came from quacky backgrounds and some of their actions are understandable, but how do we function in a family unit without trust? It seems like everytime we turn around we (or grandparents or teachers) are being lied to and manipulated by them. We are always on our toes, and have now become accusatory, too. How can we build the trust in our family? Thanks for you suggestions!

How do I get my neighbor's kids and their dog out of my yard???

My neighbors across the street allow their two boys (about 8-10 yrs. old) and their very large dog to constantly roam around the neighborhood, including my yard.

The dog is never on a leash, and the kids are unable to control where he goes. I wouldn't mind so much if the dog stayed in their yard, or if the dog had some obedience training. He never comes when they call him, and I also saw him go after a jogger last week...

The kids have been cutting through my yard to use the playground behind my house, which wouldn't be so bad if they wouldn't let my rabbit out of it's cage when they go through. At least three times now, the rabbit has been found loose, and those kids are the only ones I've seen in my yard....

I plan to put up a fence in the backyard, but they will still be able to come in the front. Any ideas on how to fix this without using brute force??? Should I just call Animal Control? Fence in my entire yard? Isn't it trespassing if their kids are in my yard?

Size of items to put in care packages?

Hello Everyone!

Quick question, I have just adopted a solider through Soldiers Angels and I am creating a list of items for my first care package. I have a good grasp on what to put in the package but I was wondering what size these items should be (travel or full size).

Where Can I Find Drivers For USB Still Cameras?

My Parents got a Digital Camera from a cigarette company called Pall-Mall. But hen I tried to upload a few Photos it said I needed a Driver and I looked EVERYWHERE! The Camera gives NO Serial code except for a Pass Code that it works. The brochure it came with said works on PC's and all I can find is MAC and Linux drivers. Anyone know where I can find a Driver for this camera??
