You probably heard the 100 lbs. thing a bit out of context- Some women whose body fat drops too low (as is sometimes the case with anorexic people, or extremely athletic women) stop having their period. Basically your body is going into a "power-save" type mode where it assumes you are not healthy/fat enough to be bearing children so it stops ovulation. If a person is at a healthy weight for their body, they can still weigh 100 lbs. and have enough body fat to menstruate.
As for the caffeine thing there isn't any conclusive evidence that it does (although there isn't any that it doesn't either...) here's an interesting article about it:

Yes caffeine can stunt your growth but you need to take it in accessive amounts. one can of soda or cup of coffee is not going to make you a midget. As far as the weight, being thin can make your period come later and losing a lot of weight can make it stop once it has already started. But it is not the same for everyone. Everyone's body reacts differently. My sister got her period a lot sooner than I did and she is lighter than I am.

of course not, im only 95 pounds, and i got mine about 7 months ago......and yes i think caffine does risk your growth, as much as i love coffee, i watch out after how much i drink.....you should do the same cuz it could affect you
