No that is not a valid domain name.

It depends on what you mean by good. It actually is valid although I don't know if it's registered. Go to http://www.iana.org/gtld/gtld.htm for a list of all the generic top level domain names (.com, .net, .biz, etc...) There's also a list of country codes like .ca for Canada that would also be valid although this doesn't apply to your question. .info isn't commonly used as of yet, but it IS valid.
