When I work out, my shoulder and elbow joints make popping and cracking sounds. It does not hurt or anything, I'm just worried that it might cause problems down the road.

As stated I am 20 and not on any medication. I love junk food but if I eat it w/in a couple hours of going to sleep, I wake up nauseous and it goes away when I eat something like fruit. This is good b/c I really should eat healthier but seems weird. This started 6 months ago. On the surface I look healthy and in shape, 5'0 & 97 lbs, but my exercise is walking campus from class to class. About two years ago I developed very low tolerance for caffeine, after being a coffee addict. Also, junk food used to serve as meals pretty often but now my body requires more healthy foods to feel good. Could my sudden intolerance be telling me something other than I shouldn't eat junk food? I.e. I'm lacking a nutrient, I have low or high something...?

A state trooper spied a car puttering along at 22 MPH. So he turned on his lights and pulled the driver over. Approaching the car, he noticed that five old guys were inside, and they looked wide-eyed and terribly pale.
The driver pleaded with him, "Officer, I don't understand, I was doing exactly the speed limit! What seems to be the problem?"
"Sir," the officer replies, "You weren't speeding, but driving slower than the speed limit can also be dangerous."
"I beg to differ, Officer, I was doing the speed limit exactly: twenty-two miles an hour!" the old man said.
The trooper, chuckling, explained to him that "22" was the route number, not the speed limit. A bit embarrassed, the man grinned and thanked the officer for pointing out his error.
"But before I let you go, Sir, I have to ask... Is everyone in this car ok? These guys seem awfully shaken."
"Oh, they'll be all right in a minute," the old man said. "We just got off Route 119."

It's always something I've kind of regretted not doing and have been thinking of a major career change lately. I'm one of those people who complains about the world, but never does anything to change it, so it's time to start walking the walk. My main holdup is my age (32). I know I can still officially join, but I hesitate by the fact that I'll be surrounded by a bunch of punks just out of HS. I do already have a BA, but most of the Officer programs don't interest me so I'm thinking of the Enlisted programs. I'd rather "push the buttons" than "push papers" if you know what I mean. I'd like any advice from someone who has been in my shoes but still joined. Is it weird being bossed around by people 10 years younger than you? What are some of the pros and cons of joining either the Navy or Coast Guard past the age of 30. Am I crazy for even considering this?

My husband works with this female "Robin." At the place where he works there is only 5 people that work there as counselors at a mental health retirement center. It is a very laid back enviornment and they just sit around a room and talk. I have told him that I have problems with his and Robin's relationship. They will call each other on their cells while at work and she calls him while he is at home for questions that she should be asking her husband--like car trouble and kids problems. They sit right next to each other at work even though there are four tables with over 30 chairs. I have also found out he has ytaken her home from work several times without telling me. They talk constantly about very personal stuff. I am just fed up. I don't know if he's cheating or if they're just friends. Any ideas??
