There are a lot of demanding jobs in Japan for foreign people. This is a example of these.

Young generation of Japanese people are reluctant to live in rural areas because of less amusements and inconveniences of lives, they tend to ache for living in urbans.

Japan's society is aging now, the more elderly people are increased in country side, on the contrary, the less younger people are decreased in such rural areas.

Thus, there are not enough doctors, nurses, careworkers and
so on especially in isolated islands and montain villages.

I've heard shortage of these medical workers are made up for foreign workers. If you have any relevant licenses, you can apply for these jobs.
