What is a polite way to let a customer know that I'm a professional with 20 years experience at a technical, skilled profession, and it is not necessary to tell me the steps to take to fulfill their requirements/reach their goals. I am happy to provide great customer service and make sure they get what they want and need, but some customers seem to think my job requires no more skill level than making cupcakes from a mix. How can I get the point across in a nice way?

I submitted my taxes on April 9 and am due a refund, however it's almost two months later and I have nothing. Every time I check the government website it said it's been received, but not processed. I'm concerned that something may have been wrong on my end that I'm unaware of. Everything was fine when I did my taxes online. Anybody know?

I had heard a while back that ther was some uber-tasting-room getting set up in Napa which would have comprehensive selection of all Napa Valley Wines. Does anyone know if this has happened, or will happen, and what the name of the place is? Also does anyone know of a really good Napa Valley Winery map that points to all the wineries?

I just sat at the vending machine and did eanie meanie because i couldn't decide between, diet coke, diet mt dew or regular coke. Then i got confused where i was in eanie meanie, so i started trying to hit all the buttons at once to see which one came out first. This took about 5 minutes, just to pick a stinking pop.

I am a Zen monk, American-born, Ivy League-educated. Lived and trained in Asia many years, formal approval from my Master, who is well-known worldwide. I am interested in returning, for some time, to my Catholic roots via time spent in shared life and reflection together with Catholic monks. I know many Catholic contemplatives would like to learn Zen, but many cannot move from their home monastery (no money, or by rule).

Any ideas how I could do this work?

I have a sister and she is younger than me. she is my only sister and I don't have any brothers. She was raised up correctly by my mother . When she got married , she cheated on her husband after maybe 2 to 3 years. I knew she realy ment it and I did not care to forgive her , but her husband did . So I spoke to her but our relationship was not the same . Now she cheated on him about two more times and still expects me to forgive her for that. She says it is a mistake. I told my parents that I did not want to speak to her again. They took her side and she is totally wrong and because she has done so much things that I didn't even mentioned here. I make good money and I have my own house and I don't owe for it . I built it myself and with my money. Now my mom said that the house they have they will give it to my sister because she feels if something happens to them I will leave my sister out in the road. I told them it is there house and that they could do with it what ever they want.

I'm straight and I chose to be this way. Doesn't the same thing go for homosexuals?

My belief on the whole thing is that there is a right and wrong choice for everything in life. No one is created living a sin or living not a sin. Gay people use the phrase "I was born this way, I can't help it," as their only defense that being gay isn't an abomination. It's kind of sad that people call themselves a proud Gay-Christian.

I don't know...I guess I'm getting over-hyped from watching Stephen and Davis debate whether God is accepting of a gay lifestyle. [watching Real World Reunion:Denver] Am I not wrong here?

ok so get this. I just had surgery two weeks ago on my foot. I am exhausted and this guy-a friend of mine is asking me to go for a 30 minute drive to come see him. He woke me up this morning at 7:30 trying to get me out of bed to go see him even though I don't feel good ringing my phone 5 or six times. 'Please, come see me I haven't seen you in 10 days.' What a jerk. He doesn't care about how I feel. I need to get well again and he wants me to hang out with him for a couple of hours. I feel like sh**. What the hell is wrong with him? What can I do to get him to leave me alone and get off my chest? He is so irritating and he is hurting me because he does not understand how I feel. I had to get my mom to call him so he would stop calling me and begging me to go out with him. I am hurt now but I sware with my anger that will come later, I am going to get so pissed off at him that I will possibly end the friendship and I hate acting like that to anyone.

at the time he told 'W' that is was a small private plane that had hit the tower ... Cheney was already in the bunker and 'NORAD'was already getting lost ! he lied to 'W' ....WHY ???
