You need to go to Sam Adams web site. (sp)
every one of their selections is deemed the best and they are still accepting new ones.

Mine is the Vanilla Porter brewed by Empyren Ales in Lincoln Nebraska.

Mine are Goose Island Honkers Ale (from Chicago), and Brooklyn Brown Ale (from New York).

And although it doesn't fall under microbrew, Sam Adams Summer Ale is pretty good.

And I just recently discovered Sam Adams Cherry Wheat which I found to be refreshingly different....it's almost dessert in a glass. LOL

Best in Michigan comes from Kalamazoo and a brewery named Bells. Their Oberon (which is seasonal - spring summer) wins hands down!!

thats a tough question, and theres no real correct answer. for me though, victory beers are the best. their storm king stout, prima pils and hop devil are amazing!
