Because you deny GOD? do you consider yourselves the top dog of your own universe? or are you all just a legend in your own mind?

I say this really, because I believe the moment you have to stare death in the face your reality will be much greater than just being worm food for eternity.

I eat less than 2000 calories a day, but have hit a wall in my weight loss goals. I started at 220, 45 days ago and am now stuck at 211. I am 5-11 and am looking to hit 195 as my ideal weight.

I eat 2-3 meals a day, each meal between 400-700 calories. I run an average of 16 miles per week. I am not doing any other exercise besides running.

The food I eat is pretty balanced. I try to eat chicken, or fish as the main dish and have side salads for the rest of my meals. I do have one bowl of ice cream about once a week.

I take a one a day multi vitamin and three hydroxycuts each day. I consider myself to be fairly fit for a 38 year old. My body style is one of dense muscle and 195 would be perfect for me.

Anyway, I really need to push past this wall and I am in need of some serious advice because what I am doing is not working. All advise will be greatly appreciated

I'm using railraod ties to border a patio and to create steps down a steep bank in my yard. I was going to drill holes and use rebar to hold the ties. What length rebar do you suggest or would you use a different method?

so i was just thinking..
What if the gov is not telling all the truth, and hiding lot of information about the military true technological power and activities, and all the secret stuff...
(besides the fact that many people couldnt prob handle the truth...)
what if they re not telling people the truth because Aliens are already among us, so the safest way to protect us is by being very carfeful with what they reveal etc etc

maybe u ve allready thought about this but..

Travelling from Birmingham to London on 3rd August then back on the 4th August and staying in central london, however parking is too much in central london and train ticket is £57 return!

Can anyone suggest what i should do?
Maybe drive to a tube station outside congestion charge border then take tube to central - if so where is there a tube station with a secure but affordable car park.

I just got married second time. I am 42 and husband is 51, he has a 9 years old son . I work full time as a teacher, he is self employed in construction. I have no idea how much money he makes, I am on a set income. I give him $700 a month towards the $2600 house payment, other that that we have separate money that we use at own discretion. I kinda like it, but it bothers me because it doesnt' sound right. We dont' even have a joint account, and I have no idea what is our financial situation like. He doesnt like talking about "issues". and never initiate any discussions. How shoudl i approach this issue? How do other other people deal with the similar situations?

Should Jonathan Castillo be given the death penalty for destroying a little girl's life? Comestic surgery has been necessary to repair the girl.
