TESTICLE???? One of my hubby's work buddies told him the Dr. diagnosed him with that!!! He said it wasn't an STD....but i've seen his toothless ex and makes me wonder!

Well its not easy to get that type of infection. I mean that's bringing personal hygiene down to a new low.
You would probably get that kind of infection by using a cat to wipe your butt or something.

Only way I could think of would be if you had a cut or something on it and dirt, germs, etc. got into the wound, the same as a cut anywhere on your body could get infected.

I think you can get an infection anywhere. This one sounds a bit suspect though.
